Our gold comes from all over and is all combined.
You’ll get gold from CA, AZ, AL, and MI as of now. 

We’ll review the footage of your bag being prepared and if there is no issue on our end then it’s on your end.

If you don’t get the guaranteed amount of gold then pan it again and then pan it again and pan it again.
Go through all the tailings. Make sure the bag is fully cleaned out.

Make sure your scale can be calibrated and is calibrated before weighing.
All bags are recorded while the gold is added, so I know exactly how much gold is in each bag.
If you spilled any dirt then that is YOUR problem. 

If the box shows up damaged as they sometimes do and visible dirt is coming out, refuse delivery. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, bring the box to the post office to be returned.

Once we receive the damaged box and confirm that it hasn’t been opened we’ll send out another box. 

We add all the gold to each bag. Every bag is recorded as the gold is weighed, added to the bag and then heat sealed. The amount is also added to a spreadsheet so we know exactly how much gold every bag has.
