If for some reason you want to return your purchase for a refund the following must be met:
You must return the bag the dirt and gold was in along with all the dirt and all of the gold.
After receiving the contents I will go through the dirt and gold to ensure all gold that was guaranteed in your bag has been returned.
If all gold has been returned we will issue your refund, if there is gold missing from the guaranteed amount we will not issue a refund.
Gold is found in the GROUND in DIRT, SAND and ROCKS. It is coming to you in DIRT so it is going to be DIRTY. It might have quartz attached to it, some might have staining on them, some may be darker pieces, etc. If you think it’s going to be clean and shiny when you get it, YOU are wrong. Go to a coin show and buy a shiny gold coin if that’s what you want.
All paydirt bags are recorded as the gold is added then being sealed and then recorded in a spreadsheet.
